  This position requires a person to perform the duties of a local school superintendent, including direct supervision of three building principals, an administrative assistant, the director of technology, the director of maintenance, and the school psychologist; and indirect supervision of about seventy-five teachers and about fifty classified staff members.

  The preferred candidate will have valid Ohio Department of Education and Workforce licensure (or equivalent) or be able to demonstrate the ability to obtain proper licensure quickly.

  • Salary is negotiable with a general range of $95,000-$125,000.
