The FYF, for nearly 50 years, has been in active service at the Defiance County Fair and the community as a whole to advance our youth in agriculture. The FYF has dedicated their existence to providing youth with opportunities to be connected to farm life through 4-H animal projects, library resources, Jr. Fair livestock auction, and scholarships. | |

Applicants who have a parent or grandparent who is a social member of the Sherwood VFW may use this same application to apply for a $250 scholarship. | This is a scholastic scholarship in the amount of $500.00 per year, renewable each year of the student’s enrollment in a 2 or 4 year program.
