• Assistant Director of Maintenance and Transportation

  Central Local Schools is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Director of Maintenance and Transportation. Preference may be given to applicants able to demonstrate proficiency and competence in basic maintenance matters and school bus transportation-related matters. Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus but not a requirement. Tentative start date of July 1, 2025.

  Summer is quickly approaching, and we need help in all buildings. The requirements for summer work are as follows:

  • Must be very self-motivated and work off a provided task list
  • Must communicate schedule (Days you will be at work and days you will not be at work)
  • Must be flexible and willing to work inside and work in the elements outside.
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds

  The pay is $11.00 per hour and hours are very flexible.
